This year Schafferer Holzbau attended the Klimahouse Fair in Bozen, Italy. At Klimahouse, the leading trade fair for energy-efficient and sustainable building, more than 400 international companies advertise their services.

There is a great demand for competent timber construction companies in Italy, as there are only a few companies in Italy who specialise in timber construction.
The large attendance at the Schafferer stand was due to the fact that there are many old buildings in Italy whose structures are rather elderly and in need of substantial renovation. In these cases timber construction offers an ideal and ecological solution.

In addition to professional visitors, such as architects and builders, many end-consumers were also interested in our products and visited our stand, some of them from as far away as Calabria.
