Targeted planning process
Using a targeted planning process and detailed planning, individual steps are schematized and simplified, so that the whole exterior shell can be planned in advance. Large-scale elements are pre-fabricated in our assembly hall, regardless of weather conditions. There, they are temporarily stored until the date of assembly. Furthermore, for each part of the process records are kept including working drawings, timber lists and detailed plans for the joinery and assembly.
This guarantees continuous quality assurance. These plans are available for builders and architects at any time, so that fine tuning of certain details can be carried out in consultation with us.
On time at the construction
Pre-fabricated components - whether it's walls, roofing or ceiling components - combine what's needed from a component within one layer. They integrate the static carrier function, thermal insulation and noise insulation, and moreover they have to meet the visual requirements of a "finished surface". Despite the high level of pre-fabrication, we will offer and produce project-specific, cost-efficient solutions for any construction project.
After fabrication the components are delivered on time to the construction site by special crane lorries. There they are positioned and assembled using lorry-mounted cranes. This means that there is no need for complex and expensive arrangements for transportation or on-site positioning. This results in shorter construction times, saving money and stress.
Exterior shells for commerce and industry
We offer low-cost turnkey exterior shells specifically for commercial and industrial buildings. The main benefit of these is the high level of pre-fabrication and therefore short construction times. Depending on the size and complexity of the structure, the entire exterior shell can be completed within a week, ready for interior construction work to begin.
